**About the Role**
We are seeking an Experienced Audit Administrative Assistant to join our team at Grant Thornton Luxembourg.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our audit department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.
**Responsibilities**
- Acting as receptionist by answering incoming calls and assisting external and internal clients;
- Assisting with calendar maintenance and meeting schedule;
- Coordinating administrative tasks, copying, scanning, archiving and other duties;
- Preparing professional documents such as engagement letters, audit reports and presentations;
- Providing assistance with meeting and conference organisation, mail distribution, travel and hotel arrangements;
- Coordinating with other administrative departments within the firm.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor degree as Management Assistant or equivalent required;
- At least 1 year of experience as administrative assistant in a professional services firm, ideally in Luxembourg;
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory, German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to prioritise multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
