We are a family-owned company in Luxembourg City, seeking to strengthen our team by hiring an experienced Secretary Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Welcoming visitors and clients
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Handling administrative tasks (files, lists, documents)
  • Archiving and writing reports
  • Providing support to other departments

This role is ideal for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A permanent contract (CDI) for 40 hours/week is offered, along with opportunities for training and career development.

Requirements:
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in English, French, and German; additional languages are an asset
  • Critical thinking skills and strong analytical and synthesis abilities
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
