About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Luxembourg.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting in daily tasks and ensuring seamless workflow.
- Managing and organizing IT systems, handling requests, and coordinating agendas.
- Preparing administrative notes, minutes, presentations, and following up on tasks.
- Supporting logistics for events and meetings, as well as archiving correspondence and records.
- Drafting replies to various correspondence and ensuring timely follow-up on group activities.
Requirements
- Secondary education giving access to higher education (baccalauréat, Abitur or equivalent).
- Experience in an international working environment, preferably in an European Institution.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and/or ARES.
- Excellent command of Swedish (C1 level) and good knowledge of English (C1 level).
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of 25.61 € gross/hour, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to grow their career in Luxembourg.
