We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team in Luxembourg city.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a human-sized law firm with flexible working hours, allowing for a better work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a law firm, with expertise in Microsoft Office and other office software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and preparing various legal documents, including corporate records and resolutions.
- Coordinating and scheduling board meetings while ensuring follow-ups are completed.
- Providing support to attorneys on diverse legal matters.
- Administrative Support and Coordination
- Managing lawyers' schedules and arranging meetings efficiently.
- Maintaining and updating files, as well as ensuring documents are properly recorded.
- Processing invoices and organizing travel arrangements.
In return for your skills and experience, you can expect a basic salary up to €60,000 gross per year, depending on your profile and experience, plus a bonus to reward your hard work.
