Job Description

We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of the support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to Audit Senior Partners, including the Country Audit Leader.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

This is an opportunity for a temporary contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. The salary range for this role is between €3,500 and €4,000 gross per month.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative and organizational tasks, such as managing agendas and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage expenses reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Organize clients' meetings and internal events.
  • Welcome external clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle inbound and outbound correspondence and mail.
  • Manage telephone calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.
  • Format, edit, and print business presentations as required.
  • Lay out, proofread, and check spelling and grammar in reports.
  • Proactively update files and dashboards.
  • Archive and file documents appropriately.

Requirements

  • Diploma related to business administration and/or secretarial support.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Confidentiality, discretion, and strong ethics.
  • Similar experience of at least 3 years.
  • Very good level in English and French; any other language is an asset.
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications.
