Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our audit team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our audit team, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the audit team, including calendar maintenance, meeting scheduling, and coordination of administrative tasks.
  • Prepare professional documents, such as engagement letters and audit reports.
  • Assist with meeting and conference organization, mail distribution, travel arrangements, and coordination with other administrative departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant in a professional services firm, preferably in Luxembourg.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with German and/or Luxembourgish considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
