Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this role is €38,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience. This salary range takes into account the cost of living in Luxembourg and the level of expertise required for the position.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Support Professional to join our team in the Luxembourg office. As a key member of our Global Financial Markets department, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- General Administration: handling email requests, updating calendars, drafting and editing documents, filing and archiving papers, and providing general administrative support to the team.
- Lawyer Assistance: preparing expense reports, assisting with timesheets, organizing travel arrangements, coordinating appointments and meetings, and providing ad-hoc support as needed.
- Internal and External Communication: ensuring telephone coverage for internal and external calls, drafting internal emails (on behalf of Partners), liaising with other departments to ensure smooth support to Lawyers, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Billing Activities: dealing with billing queries, preparing invoices, tracking payments, coordinating with the central billing team, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Other Activities: recording and filing RCS data, liaising and supporting other Business Professionals when needed (HR, Business Development, IT).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in secretarial studies or administration.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in English and French, with German being an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A dynamic and willing-to-learn attitude.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team in a confidential manner.
- A valid work permit is mandatory to apply for this role.
