**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Terminvergabe und Vorbereitung für die Werkstatt, ganz egal ob am Telefon, per E-Mail oder online
- Koordination der Werkstattauslastung, damit alles rund läuft
- Freundliche Hilfestellung und Beratung unserer geschätzten Kunden
- Kommunikation, die transparent ist und alle auf dem Laufenden hält
- Eintragung von Kunden
- und Fahrzeugdaten in unser EDV-System
- Das Versenden von freundlichen Terminerinnerungen per E-Mail und SMS

**Dein Profil**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung wäre super
- Wenn du dich auch noch mit Autos auskennst, ist das klasse - aber keine Sorge, das können wir auch zusammen lernen
- Du bist total begeistert von Automobilen und interessierst dich für die Mobilität von heute und morgen
- Kommunikation liegt dir im Blut und Teamwork macht dir Spaß
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, organisiert und mit klarem Ziel vor Augen
- Dein Fokus liegt immer auf dem Kunden und du legst großen Wert auf exzellenten Service
- Telefon, E-Mail und Co. sind für dich kein Neuland, du weißt genau, wie man professionell damit umgeht
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch sind ein Muss, Englisch wäre super, und Luxemburgisch wäre ein schöner Bonus

**Tes missions**:

- Garantir la gestion optimale de l'occupation de l'atelier pour assurer un fonctionnement fluide
- Assistance aimable et conseil à nos clients.
- Maintenir une communication transparente pour que tout le monde soit sur la même longueur d'onde
- Saisir les données clients et véhicules dans notre système informatique

**Ton profil**:

- Une formation commerciale ou technique serait un plus
- Si tu as déjà des connaissances en automobiles, c'est génial - mais pas d'inquiétude, nous pouvons également acquérir ces connaissances ensemble
- Tu as le sens du contact et aimez travailler en équipe
- Tu es autonome, organisé(e) et avez le sens des priorités
- La satisfaction client est votre priorité absolue
- Des compétences solides en français et en allemand sont indispensables, l'anglais serait un bonus apprécié, le luxembourgeois un atout
