Our HR & Office Management function centralises around the safety, development and engagement of our People across all of our office locations. We define and deliver People related processes to support the employee lifecycle, working closely with managers to provide them with the tools they need in order to support their teams. The function plays a critical role in driving employee engagement and is responsible for designing and delivering wellbeing initiatives to foster a thriving, diverse and inclusive work culture for all.

**Your key responsibilities as an HR Assistant will include**:

- Employee database management - ensure data input, quality and database completion - maintenance of employee files
- Absence management in our systems, with our employees and with external stakeholders: sick leave, long term leaves, annual leaves, etc
- Manage new joiners and leavers processes
- Assist with recruitment administration: job posting, ADEM, etc
- Assist with training coordination: providers invoicing, employees registration, etc
- Payroll: be in charge of payroll instructions and controls up to validation
- Drafting of employment contracts and addendums, follow up of fixed term contracts and probation periods
- Set up and run various reporting - absenteeism, diversity, performance management, etc
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operations of the HR function
- Be an active member of various company integrations from an operational HR aspect: systems and processes analysis, maintenance and follow up of various benefits and systems
- Actively steer various employee experience activities: community days, events, etc

**To join us as an HR Assistant you must have the following skills and experience**:

- You must have experience working within an HR department
- You must have excellent English and French communication skills
- You must have strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- You will be friendly and approachable, with a methodical and organised way of working
