**HR & Admin Assistant H/F - CDD 12 mois 40h/sem (remplacement congé maternité à.p.d janvier 2025)**:

Vos missions:
Au sein de notre département Ressources Humaines, vos principales tâches et missions seront les suivantes:

- Gérer le suivi administratif (notes de frais, encodages des certificats médicaux, tri et gestion du courrier entrant et sortant,...)
- Vous êtes en relation avec les administrations luxembourgeoises (CNS, STM, ADEM )
- Vous participez à la préparation du payroll ( rédaction de contrats, vérification des pointages, notes de frais)

Votre profil:

- Vous êtes en possession d’un diplôme bac +3 minimum dans le domaine des ressources humaines ou disposez d’une expérience équivalente
- Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire et êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (MS Office, outils de gestion de bases de données). La connaissance de TiM et d’Apsal constitue un atout.
- Vous parlez impérativement couramment le français. L’anglais et l’allemand constituent un atout.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), méthodique et savez travailler tant de manière autonome qu’en équipe
- Vous êtes ouvert(e) d’esprit et d’un naturel curieux, vous n’hésitez pas à être proactif et avez le sens des responsabilités
- Vous êtes polyvalent(e) et avez la volonté d’apprendre
- Vous êtes un excellent communiquant
- Vous êtes prêt à vous investir dans une enseigne possédant une culture d’entreprise forte & dynamique
