Due to our continuous growth and expansion, PANDOO Administration is looking to recruit a:
**HR Assistant - Part time (20-24 hours per week)**

**Your responsibilities**
- In charge of HR Administrative support, such as drafting employment contract, follow up absence & presence, medical examination, maternity and parental leaves requests;
- Assist the HR Director and HR Partner in all HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, trainings, appraisals and offboarding;
- Update regularly our HRIS (Mpleo) to ensure the smooth running of HR operations;
- Participate in the digitalisation of all HR process;
- Provide support and act as back up to the back-office team when necessary.

**Profile**
- Prior experience as HR Assistant in a similar working environment (Finance, Fiduciary, PSF, ManCo)
- Fluency in English and French, German is considered a big asset
- Knowledge of HRIS (Mpleo) is an advantage
- Strong organisation skills and proactivity
- Problem solver and analytical thinking
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
