We are looking for a
**Junior**
**HR Assistant** for a permanent contract (CDI) to strengthen our
**Human Resources department** and contribute to the success of our company.
As our
**Junior**
**HR Assistant, **you will be responsible for providing assistance and administrative support to the Human Resources team.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support and participate to the day-to-day HR activities with a strong focus on administration, such as time off management, issuing employment certificates, etc.;
- Setting up E-signature templates such as employment contracts, addendums, certificates on our dedicated HR system;
- Create and pull reports from our HR system to support the business;
- Support procurement and distribution of employee awards and benefit-in-kind items;
- Formalize HR processes and procedures;
- Support in preparing and processing the monthly payroll instructions for 8 countries;
- Assist employees with questions related to their payroll and benefits;
- Handle data entry, scanning, and filling of payroll documents;
- Support for various payroll-related projects and ad-hoc tasks;
- All these tasks will be done in close relation with the HR team members and our internal clients.
**Must-have qualifications**:
- You have a bachelor's degree specializing in HR or business administration;
- You are fluent in English;
- You are rigorous, organized, flexible, fast learner, proactive and detail-oriented.
- You have excellent communication & listening skills;
- You know how to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment in order to anticipate the team's needs.
**Nice-to-have qualifications**:
- You have a first experience in HR (internships included).

- 1st interview with Zach, our Talent & Culture Business Partner - 30 minutes
- 2nd interview with our HR Generalist & Payroll team - 60 minutes
- Final interview with our Head of HR - 45 minutes
