**OFFICE ASSISTANT (M/F) - CDD 2 months (with the possibility of a CDI)**
**THE JOB**
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly;
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail;
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed;
- Welcoming visitors to the office;
- Answering phone calls;
- Taking and delivering messages;
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees;
- Preparing and/or sending correspondence on behalf of your partners;
- Planning and organising internal and external meetings / lunches / conference calls;
- Planning and organising business travels and related itineraries;
- Supporting the legal department;
**THE CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international and multicultural environment;
- Team player with excellent inter-personal skills;
- Proactive, self-starter with a “can do” attitude and keen to suggest new ideas;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Numerate and computer literate, at ease with standard MS Office / Adobe tools;
- Fluent in English and French;
