Registration and Adiministrative Assistant

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the registration and administrative assistant will be the first point of contact for registering market participant and performing system administrative function, they will be performing all their related tasks in order to ensure the smooth process and optimized market participant experience according to the respective procedures.
The registration and administrative assistant will be based in our Luxembourg office and be part of the Operations Department.They will work with a variety of colleagues who will help them gain valuable knowledge and experience in the energy industry.
In this role, they will be a key contributor in supporting and controlling the registration to the energy market that are in line with the business purposes.
This position is open for a fixed-term contract of 9 months maximum.Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Registration of market participants and initiating regular reviews, monitor the smooth processing of information and data exchange in between our internal tools and across departments;
- Perform the registration of the market participants;
- Improving day to day process (automation of current manual process);
Academic Profile:
- Degree Education Level (2 years after Alevel);
- Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken skills;
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in two of the following:
- Administrative or operations related job
- Customers support
- Electricity/energy market;
- Experience in back office for telecom network is a plus.
Core Skills:
- Be very familiar with IT and MS Office in general;
- Have a good team spirit and be openminded;
- Be driven by the rules;
- Have strong communication skills and adapt their speech to their interlocutor.
Additional Requirement:
According to the Luxembourg law of July 23rd 2016 (as amended), the successful applicant will be required to provide a
