Are you a dynamic and organized individual looking for a diverse role in a professional environment? We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant for a prestigious law firm located in Luxembourg.
Our client, an independent law firm comprised of over 40 professionals, provides comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele, both nationally and internationally. Renowned for its expertise in various legal domains, including corporate law, finance, real estate, tax law, digital law, and dispute resolution, our client prioritizes employee well-being and fosters a supportive work environment.

As a Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
- Welcoming clients and visitors.
- Handling orders for office supplies and materials.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Conducting legal research.
- Managing various administrative tasks, including document preparation and mail handling.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual proficiency in French and English; additional languages such as German or Luxembourgish are advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel); familiarity with Avonca is desirable.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
