OFFICE ASSISTANT (M/F) - CDD 2 months (with the possibility of a CDI)

THE JOB

  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly;
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail;
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed;
  • Welcoming visitors to the office;
  • Answering phone calls;
  • Taking and delivering messages;
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees;
  • Preparing and/or sending correspondence on behalf of your partners;
  • Planning and organising internal and external meetings / lunches / conference calls;
  • Planning and organising business travels and related itineraries;
  • Supporting the legal department;

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international and multicultural environment;
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, selfstarter with a "can do" attitude and keen to suggest new ideas;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Numerate and computer literate, at ease with standard MS Office / Adobe tools;
  • Fluent in English and French;
