  • Organizing and facilitating board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs), preparing board materials and drafting essential corporate documentation.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements and supporting processes such as company incorporation, liquidation, and management changes, often coordinating with notaries.
  • Assisting stakeholders with audit inquiries, managing AML/KYC requests, and guiding them through compliance procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, archiving key documentation, and executing legal documents as needed.
  • Supporting the setup of new bank accounts, responding to investor inquiries, and maintaining detailed records, including UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) registers, share registers, and RCS/RBE updates.
