Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Governance and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Le Grand & Associates Luxembourg.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves supporting corporate governance, managing compliance tasks, and maintaining regulatory adherence across a portfolio of companies. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including legal, financial, and executive teams, to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Governance: Organize and facilitate board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs), preparing board materials and drafting essential corporate documentation.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure strict compliance with legal requirements and support processes such as company incorporation, liquidation, and management changes, often coordinating with notaries.
  • Stakeholder Support: Assist stakeholders with audit inquiries, manage AML/KYC requests, and guide them through compliance procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, archive key documentation, and execute legal documents as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of corporate governance practices.
  • Experience in handling compliance and legal documentation within the financial sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in maintaining detailed and up-to-date records, with prior experience in KYC and AML procedures being an asset.
