The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing board meetings, drafting legal documents, and maintaining corporate records in compliance with local and international regulations.
The role involves:
- Coordinating and scheduling board meetings.
- Assisting in preparing agendas, board packs, and meeting materials.
- Collecting and reviewing supporting documents.
- Drafting meeting minutes under supervision of corporate managers.
- Assisting with the drafting of corporate legal documents.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timely update of legal and corporate documentation.
- Assisting in maintaining statutory records and registers.
- Aiding in the preparation of documentation for company life cycle events (AGMs, share transfers, etc.).
- Maintaining internal filing systems for easy access to corporate documents.
- Responding to internal and external inquiries related to corporate governance under the guidance of corporate managers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate services firm, asset manager, or law firm.
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); any other additional language is a great asset.
- Knowledge of corporate governance principles and Luxembourg regulations.
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
