Greenfield S.À r.l. is seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist to support the corporate managers in delivering high-quality corporate governance services.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing board meetings, drafting legal documents, and maintaining corporate records in compliance with local and international regulations.

The role involves:

  • Coordinating and scheduling board meetings.
  • Assisting in preparing agendas, board packs, and meeting materials.
  • Collecting and reviewing supporting documents.
  • Drafting meeting minutes under supervision of corporate managers.
  • Assisting with the drafting of corporate legal documents.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timely update of legal and corporate documentation.
  • Assisting in maintaining statutory records and registers.
  • Aiding in the preparation of documentation for company life cycle events (AGMs, share transfers, etc.).
  • Maintaining internal filing systems for easy access to corporate documents.
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries related to corporate governance under the guidance of corporate managers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate services firm, asset manager, or law firm.
  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); any other additional language is a great asset.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles and Luxembourg regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
