Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our Luxembourg team.
- The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in IT Support or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English and German are essential.
- A strong team player with a proactive and flexible attitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite support including the provision, replacement, and ordering of mobile devices and user-related IT hardware.
- Supporting the ServiceDesk and other central IT units.
- Setting up and dismantling workstations, cable management, hard drive replacement, etc.
- Assistance with troubleshooting and maintenance of printers, telephones, and conferencing systems.
- Project management support.
- Software management.
