At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece.
Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job OverviewAs a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the sales strategies of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Expertise: Provide expert advice on sales strategies tailored to client needs, leveraging your proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (C1/C2 level).
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to better understand their goals and objectives.
- Sales Planning: Translate client objectives into effective sales plans, analyzing sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Performance Analytics: Review sales data to fine-tune tactics and uncover new business opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Identify market trends and challenges to create impactful sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Monitor critical metrics such as sales targets, client satisfaction, and success rates.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level)
- EU citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum one year of experience in sales
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Passionate about sales and client relationships
- Driven to learn and grow in the industry
