- Missions principales- Commercialisation des biens immobiliers du groupe- Parfaite connaissance du marché résidentiel- Prospection de clients potentiels de biens VEFA- Accompagner et finaliser les ventes des biens immobiliers- Suivi client et référant unique- Repérer, détecter et transmettre les besoins, préférences et exigences incontournables du client- Présentation et suivi des dossiers auprès des investisseurs- Préparation en amont des projets immobiliers en collaboration avec notre équipe technique- En qualité d'expert du marché, être force de proposition quant aux aménagements, grilles de prix et comprendre les besoins actuels- Représentation de la société à Luxembourg- Mettre en avant nos standards élevés et valoriser les réalisations existantes
