**HR & Administrative Officer**

As our company is growing, we are looking for a new collaborator to join our small and dynamic team based in the City-Center of Luxembourg.

Who are we? adVeci Advisors is an independent firm providing tailor made solutions in the HR advisory field. Through our agility and flexibility, we adapt our services offer to the size and specificity of our clients.

As are our clients, each assignment is UNIQUE.

Within a team, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Manage all the recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain and update the internal database and recruitment tool
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
- Contribute to employer branding activities
- Administrative and HR support
- Ad Hoc projects

Your skills:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
- Confidentiality & discretion
- Flexibility, pro-activity with can do attitude
- Strong motivation to work in a dynamic and challenging environmen

Either you already have an experience or not, if you have the good mindset and interpersonal skills, we will be happy to meet you
