Payroll and HR Administrative Office

Directement rattaché au Responsable de la paie, vous apporterez votre support pour la gestion de l’ensemble des activités relatives à la paie et vous assurerez la gestion administrative en amont de la paie. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:
**Missions
- Gérer la paie et les tâches administratives correspondantes (Calcul des primes, gestion des absences, congés, suivi des heures de travail, gestion des sorties, attestations diverses ) ;
- Organiser les visites médicales, gérer les dossiers de reclassement ;
- Gérer les demandes de congé parental, les demande de préretraite et de pension anticipée ;
- Mettre à jour des informations RH dans les systèmes RH et Planning ;
- Répondre aux diverses sollicitations des employés ;
- Gérer la formation : réponse aux besoins, inscriptions, suivi, gestion du dossier INFPC.
**Profil**

- BAC + 2 minimum ;
- Expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste de paie et administration RH ;
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles ;
- Réactivité et fiabilité ;
- Rigueur et exemplarité ;
- Autonomie ;
- ** Langues**: français, l’anglais constitue un atout.
