**Junior HR and Payroll Officer (M/F)**:

We are looking for a **Junior HR and Payroll Officer (M/F) **on a permanent contract.
Under the supervision of the team manager, your responsibilities cover the following aspects in the management of Luxembourg-based companies:
- Preparation of payroll statements for a diverse clientele from various sectors
- Comprehensive management of ancillary activities related to payroll processing
- Assisting clients with inquiries regarding the establishment of account statements and associated documents
- Interacting with various administrative entities
- Working closely with other team members
- Ensure the accuracy of calculations and deductions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Contribute to the permanent improvement of HR internal processes and procedures
**Your qualifications**:
- BAC+2 in accounting / finance / Human Resources or relevant field and/or a proven
- Previous experience or internship in HR or payroll administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll processing procedures and regulations.
- Familiarity with APSAL software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, French, other language being an asset.
