We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Administration Officer to join our team at A&O Shearman. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for all tasks related to payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payrolls, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Record and maintain accurate data in the HR Information System and various databases
- Organize medical examination meetings and manage affiliations to health insurance
- Process all aspects of the monthly payroll, including joiners, leavers, and changes to terms and conditions
- Deal with payroll enquiries, overtime, reimbursements, and absences
- Liaise with the HR Business Partners and Finance department regarding individual payroll queries
- Ensure accurate payroll records and produce reports
- Review the monthly payroll process and deal with requests from the outsource payroll provider and external auditors
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years' experience in an HR administrative and payroll role
- Proven track record in processing monthly payroll
- Highly numerate with exemplary attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
- Solid knowledge of the legal regulatory framework (Labour Law, Social Security, Tax)
