**Your primary role will be to handle daily administrative and HR duties of the Luxembourg office.**

As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will assist the HR Team in various administrative and organisational tasks:

- Provide clerical support to all employees (e.g. certificates, access badges);
- Coordination and administrative management of new hires and departing employees;
- Assist with the payroll process and reporting;
- Be in charge of the IT equipment management;
- Support the planning and organisation of internal and external company meetings/events;
- Coordinate and provide follow-up on training sessions, and seminars;
- Act as the main point of contact in the reception area (e.g. parcels, mail, reception of guests);
- Office management, dealing with suppliers and stock management;
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including the property manager, cleaning, and catering.

**Qualifications**:
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of listening and service and a real ability to take initiative. Your results-orientation, your rigor and your organizational skills are recognized assets to succeed in this responsible and versatile mission.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Management Assistant or Human Resources and you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You are fluent in English and French.
