**un(e) Support & Service Desk Agent L1-L2** pour intégrer leur équipe "Support / service Desk". Cette opportunité est à pourvoir
**dès que possible**, avec une
**possibilité d'embauche en CDI** à terme.

**Vos Missions**:

- **Assister les clients et leurs utilisateurs** au travers d’un support technique de **1er et 2nd niveau**,
- Participer à la **gestion opérationnelle** des environnements techniques (réseaux, systèmes et infrastructures) en interne et pour leurs clients,
- ** Gérer les tickets d’incident** dédiés dans l’outil de ticketing,
- ** Résoudre les problèmes** et incidents et maintenir à jour les environnements,
- Maintenir à jour la documentation technique, les procédures, les scripts.

**Votre Profil**:

- Vous êtes diplômé(e) au minimum d’un **Bac+2 en informatique**,
- Vous possédez une **expérience significative en support ou service desk **(minimum 2 ans),
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les **environnements Linux et Windows**, et avez une bonne expérience des infrastructures et des systèmes informatiques,
- Vous êtes **disponible de suite**:

- Vous parlez couramment **français **et **anglais **(niveau minimum requis C1)
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des technologies utilisées au sein d’un Datacenter,
- Vous êtes doté(e) de très bonnes capacités relationnelles, tant en interne qu’avec les clients,
- Vous êtes capable de gérer et de résoudre des situations différentes tout en sachant prioriser,
- Vous êtes curieux(se) et soucieux(se) de suivre en permanence l’évolution des technologies,
- Vous avez des **connaissances ITIL** et possédez idéalement une certification ITIL,
- Vous êtes à la fois capable de travailler en équipe et de manière autonome.
