**| Your challenges?**:
- Provide clear and concise instructions and guidance to end users;
- Participation in the training program for new team members (assistance with IT tools);
- Support for meeting room technology;
- Management of the telephone exchange and video conferencing system;
- Ensuring proper updates of IT assets in the database;
- Adherence to standard operating procedures for IT support and escalation;
- Documentation of technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base for future reference;
- Implementation of "user path" (UX) techniques;
- Promotion of security awareness among users;
- Participation in IT projects and initiatives as required;
- Any other duties assigned to meet the ongoing requirements of the organization.
**| What do we expect from you?**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science
- **ITIL Certification is mandatory**:
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and strong computer skills (ADManager Plus, ServiceDesk Plus, Exchange 365, MS Teams, Cisco CUCM, MS Intune, etc.), as well as proficiency with iPhone and iPad configurations;
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure;
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ability to escalate security issues to the Security Manager;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and French;
- Sense of service and pedagogy with a good team spirit;
- Organized and capable of managing priorities
