**Your missions**

As HR Operations Officer, you will:

- Co-manage employees life-cycle within our Luxembourg offices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with the team to implement both local and international HR projects.
- Proactively identify market developments and translate them into actionable plans.
- Improve policies and processes, emphasizing data analysis to support decision-making.

**Your ideal profile**
- Hold a relevant academic education and possess initial HR work experience.
- Demonstrate an authentic, solid, and energetic personality.
- Strong organizational skills are crucial, as the role involves managing administrative workloads with defined deadlines.
- Exhibit ambition to thrive in an international context.
- Experience with a legal environment would be considered as an asset but.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
