ING Luxembourg recherche un(e) stagiaire HR Operations pour une durée d’un an à partir de juin 2025 (rythme d’alternance de 4j entreprise / 1j école ou stage à temps plein).
**Votre Mission**:
Au sein de la cellule « People Services », le stagiaire HR Operations se verra confier une variété de tâches opérationnelles et administratives en lien avec la gestion des carrières et des avantages en nature des employés (liste non exhaustive):
Soutenir l’activité quotidienne de l’équipe
Traiter et suivre administrativement les mouvements du personnel : entrées, sorties, mutations, congés de maternité, congés parentaux, congés extraordinaires
Assurer la gestion des absences et maladies
Veiller à la mise à jour des dossiers du personnel et des outils de gestion du personnel
Assurer la gestion des contacts avec les différentes administrations
Participer à l’amélioration des processus RH
**Contribuer à différents projets RH (Exemples**: amélioration des outils et des procédures RH)
**Gérer différentes tâches administratives**: rédaction et traitement du courrier, mise à jour de l’intranet, rédaction des notes RH, déclaration rectificative, gestion des contraventions de véhicule de leasing, rédaction de divers documents RH (certificat de travail, avenant etc.)

Capacité de travail tant en équipe que de façon autonome
**Formation/Expérience**:
Bac +3 minimum
Une première expérience dans les ressources humaines est considérée comme un atout
**Langues**:
Une connaissance parfaite du français et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais sont requises
