**HR Operations Manager**

**Who we’re looking for**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Manager to join the Schroder Investment Management (Europe) HR team.

**What you’ll do**

**HR Administration**
- Manage HR administrative processes, including payroll and benefits, HR reporting and HR data integrity across 5 countries (Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Israel).
- Manage complex tax and social security situations (expats, split pay )

**Compensation** **and Benefits**
- Manage or administer specific compensation programs (participation premium, interest subsidies, deferred awards )
- Oversee the relationship with external service providers and ensure efficient and accurate delivery of services.
- Coordinate and participate in annual compensation reviews and remuneration surveys.

**HR Support**
- Provide general HR support to managers, employees, and HR colleagues in the Luxembourg office and in other countries.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation (contract, settlement, addendum).
- Ensure Policies and Procedures are in place and updated regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

**Interactions**
- Manage one direct report.
- You will report into the Head of HR EMEA.
- Lead or be involved in ad-hoc projects with law firms and HR consulting companies.
- Liaise and collaborate with Finance teams, Auditors and Corporate Services (Business Continuity Plan).

**The Knowledge, experience, and qualifications you will need**:

- At least 10 years of prior experience in the HR field, with a focus on compensation & benefits, and HR reporting.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish legislation and tax regulations related to HR.
- Experience in managing relationships with external providers.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help**:

- Experience in a multinational and multicultural organization.
- HR experience of other European locations where remote management is required.
