About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team in Luxembourg. This role offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with new clients and intermediaries from and in France, contributing to the growth strategy and value proposition of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and build long-term relationships with new clients and intermediaries from and in France
  • Contribute to the growth strategy and development of the bank's value proposition
  • Conduct research to identify business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Develop a growth strategy, foster and build trustworthy customer relationships
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions to detect and anticipate commercial opportunities for customers
  • Collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads and ensure excellent after-sales service
  • Attend and coordinate events (seminars, conferences) to grow portfolio
  • Utilize internal CRM to track business development activities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales position
  • Strong network of private customers and financial intermediaries in France
  • Excellent knowledge of products and services required by French private customers and financial intermediaries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build sustainable relationships
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • High level of integrity and ethics
  • Relevant University background in Finance
  • Fluent in French and English, any other language an advantage
  • Client- and results-oriented
  • Rigorous, organized, and methodical in customer approach actions
  • Motivated to be part of a team
  • Able to travel

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum
