- Source prospects and actively develop new business (European Economic Area residents)
- Build market share and enhance client asset size over time
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Achieve annual revenue and net new money targets
- Work closely with the Client Service Executives, Investment Consultants, Compliance and other counterparts to develop and maintain your client portfolio
- Keep up-to-date knowledge on market trends, different investment products and services, and give input for new product development based on clients’ investment needs
- Create networking synergies with overseas colleagues
You are a motivated individual with:
- At least 8-10 years’ relevant experience in Relationship Management
- Excellent sales and relationship management skills
- A high level of motivation, drive and “can-do-attitude”
- High conduct credentials, ethics, honesty, respect and integrity which align with the Bank’s desired culture and values
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of either Finance, Business, Economics or Banking
