Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at jobs.lu. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our services over the phone to B2B customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Work on a portfolio of B2B customers and prospects, from hunting to closing deals by phone.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Take orders and ensure effective follow-up.
- Work with monthly targets based on your call activity and your invoiced sales.
- Follow existing customers by providing excellent service.
- Previous experience in telesales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in French and English. German and Luxembourgish are assets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to achieve and exceed set objectives (KPIs).
- Salary package: fixed + commission, holiday allowance, quarterly bonus, lunch vouchers.
- 26 vacation days + 2 volunteering days.
- 2 home office days after onboarding (possible).
