Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at jobs.lu. As a key player in the Luxembourg job market, we are committed to connecting job seekers with their ideal employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a portfolio of B2B customers and prospects, with a focus on hunting and closing deals over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Take orders and ensure effective follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with monthly targets based on call activity and invoiced sales.
- Provide excellent service to existing customers to ensure long-term relationships.
- Previous experience in telesales is essential.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are required.
- Proficiency in French and English is a must, with German and Luxembourgish being an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Willingness to achieve and exceed set objectives (KPIs) is a must.
- A competitive salary package, including a fixed salary, commission, holiday allowance, and quarterly bonus.
- 26 vacation days and 2 volunteering days per year.
- 2 home office days per week after onboarding.
