RTL Group is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes. Your primary focus will be on administering payroll-related tasks, including the payment of salaries, social security contributions, and taxes. You will also be involved in the follow-up of early retirement dossiers and the administration and payment of supplementary pensions. Additionally, you will participate in the implementation of prevailing labor, social security, and fiscal laws, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR-administration related processes. You will also provide personnel cost-related elements for accounting closings and liaise with external auditors as necessary. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong basis of accounting, including payroll accounting, provisions, budget, and cost accounting. You will also need to have excellent Excel skills and be fluent in French and English.
