**Business Training’s experience is built on solid ground**: we have been providing cutting-edge ICT training sessions for about 20 years. Originally, Business Training specialized in IT technical and end-user trainings (Windows, MS Office, etc.). A few years ago, our company widened the range of its training catalogue to also meet the increasing demand for best-of-breed management courses (PRINCE2®, IPMA, ITIL, etc.).
**Mission**: Le HR Partner a pour objectif d'établir et de maintenir un partenariat efficace, dynamique et performant avec les départements sous sa responsabilité. Cela implique une collaboration étroite avec les départements, l'acquisition d'une compréhension approfondie des métiers concernés, ainsi que la mise en oeuvre des méthodes et processus RH dans les domaines du recrutement, du développement des compétences et de la gestion des carrières. En tant que point de contact principal des responsables et des agents des départements, le HR Partner gère les aspects RH relevant de ces domaines.
**Responsabilités**:
**Recrutement des Nouveaux Agents**:
Identifie les besoins en recrutement en étroite collaboration avec les responsables.
Prépare les annonces en se basant sur les fiches de fonction existantes.
Définit les canaux de recherche (mode de recrutement, collaboration avec les cabinets de recrutement, publication des annonces, etc.).
**Maintien d'un Partenariat Efficace avec les Départements**:
Assure un contact régulier avec les chefs de département pour les conseiller dans le staffing et la gestion des équipes.
Accueille les agents pour toutes les questions RH et les oriente vers les autres pôles de compétences pour des demandes hors du périmètre de compétences du HR Partner.
**Onboarding des Nouveaux Arrivants**:
Gère le processus d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs en collaboration avec l'équipe Formation et Développement.
Facilite les relations au sein des équipes et contribue à la résolution de conflits potentiels.
**Soutien aux Responsables Métiers**:
Soutient et accompagne les responsables métiers dans la gestion des équipes.
Apporte un soutien dans la conduite des relations avec les équipes pour expliquer et donner du sens aux décisions organisationnelles et stratégiques.
Remonte les informations récoltées sur le terrain vers les interlocuteurs RH concernés.
**Compétences Techniques**:
Possède une expérience approfondie en recrutement.
Détient une connaissance approfondie des métiers bancaires.
Exhibe la capacité à instaurer une posture de partenariat RH.
A une connaissance approfondie du droit social et du travail luxembourgeois.
Démontre des compétences rédactionnelles et une maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique et d'un SIRH.
Possède un Master en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie ou équivalent.
A un niveau C1 en français et une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
