**About the project**

The HR Partner's mission is to create and maintain an effective, dynamic and efficient partnership with the departments for which he is responsible, by collaborating closely with the departments, by developing a good knowledge of the professions of the departments for which he is responsible and by putting implement HR methods and processes defined in the areas of recruitment, skills development and career management.

The HR Partner is the entry point for managers and agents of the departments for which he is responsible, for HR matters relating to the aforementioned areas.

**Responsibilities**
- Recruitment of new agents
- Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with managers.
- Prepare announcements based on existing job descriptions.
- Define the different search channels (choice of recruitment method, link with recruitment firms, publication of advertisements, etc.).
- Maintain an effective partnership with dedicated departments.
- Ensure regular contact with department heads and section heads to advise them in the staffing and management of their teams, listen to them and advise them on the
- HR issues they face and help them in the implementation of solutions.
- Ensure the best reception to agents for all HR questions and take care of questions that fall within the remit of the HR Partner and direct agents towards other skills centers
- (Absences, Compensation & Benefits, Pension) for all requests outside the scope ofSKILLS.
- Onboarding of new arrivals
- Manage the process of integrating new employees into teams in collaboration with the Training and Development team.
- Facilitate relationships within teams, identify and help resolve potential conflicts.
- Support and assist business managers in team management (conflict management, team motivation, giving feedback, etc.) by encouraging dialogue and adopting an advisory position (finding the most appropriate solution).
- Provide support to managers in managing relationships with their teams to explain and give meaning to organizational and strategic decisions.
- Report the information collected in the field to the HR contacts concerned.

**Technical skills**
- Knowledge of banking professions
- Ability to build an HR partnership posture (advice, analysis, Partner perspective, etc.)
- Knowledge of Luxembourg social law and labor law; knowledge of Luxembourg civil service law
- Writing skills, ability to write reports and notes
- Good command of MS Office office software and HR management software (HRIS)
- Master’s degree in human resources, Psychology or similar, or equivalent
- Level C1 in French and a good knowledge of English
