Missions
  • Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie de gestion des carrières
  • Piloter les activités RH en lien avec la gestion de la performance et le suivi des carrières
  • Prendre en charge les processus RH tels que l'onboarding, le suivi des fins de période d'essai, le support à l'évaluation de la performance, l'accompagnement des mobilités internes, les actions disciplinaires et les départs de l'organisation
  • Faciliter les situations complexes en lien avec les dimensions opérationnelles, juridiques et humaines
  • Faire circuler les informations récoltées sur le terrain vers les interlocuteurs RH concernés
  • Réaliser des reportings réguliers auprès de la ligne hiérarchique
  • Contribuer aux projets de digitalisation en lien avec la gestion de la performance et la mobilité interne
Profil
  • Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Master en Gestion/Management des Ressources Humaines et/ou Sciences humaines et sociales
  • Expérience en tant que généraliste dans le domaine RH
  • Connaissances en droit du travail luxembourgeois
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Capacité d'écoute et de communication
  • Autonomie, proactivité, discrétion et confidentialité
  • Acteur du changement et orienté client
  • Maîtrise du français, de l'anglais et du luxembourgeois
