Description du poste
Le HR Partner a pour mission de créer et maintenir un partenariat efficace, dynamique et performant avec les départements dont il a la charge, en collaborant étroitement avec les départements, en développant une bonne connaissance des métiers des départements dont il a la charge et en mettant en oeuvre les méthodes et processus RH définis dans les domaines du recrutement, du développement des compétences et de la gestion des carrières.
Le HR Partner est le point d'entrée des responsables et des agents des départements dont il a la charge, pour les sujets RH relevant des domaines précités.
Mission
Recrutement des nouveaux agents
Identifier les besoins en recrutement en collaboration avec les responsables.
Préparer les annonces sur base des fiches de fonction existantes.
Définir les différents canaux de recherches (choix du mode de recrutement, lien avec les cabinets de recrutement, publication des annonces,...).
Maintenir un partenariat efficace avec les départements dédiés
Assurer un contact régulier avec les chefs de département et les chefs de section afin de les conseiller dans le staffing et la gestion de leurs équipes, les écouter et les conseiller dans les problématiques RH auxquelles ils font face et les aider dans la mise en oeuvre de solutions.
Assurer le meilleur accueil aux agents pour toutes les questions RH et prendre en charge les questions qui relèvent du ressort du HR Partner et orienter les agents vers les autres pôles de compétences (Absences, Comp&Ben, Pension) pour toutes les demandes en dehors du périmètre de compétences.
**Onboarding des nouveaux arrivants**: Gérer le processus d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs dans les équipes en collaboration avec l'équipe Formation et Développement.
Faciliter les relations au sein des équipes, identifier et aider à la résolution de conflits potentiels
Soutenir et accompagner les responsables métiers dans la gestion des équipes (gestion de conflit, motivation des équipes, donner du feed-back...) en incitant au dialogue et en adoptant une position de conseiller (trouver la solution la plus adéquate).
Apporter un soutien aux responsables dans la conduite des relations avec leurs équipes pour expliquer et donner du sens aux décisions organisationnelles et stratégiques.Remonter les informations récoltées sur le terrain vers les interlocuteurs RH concernés.
Profil
Connaissance des métiers bancaires
Capacité à construire une posture de partenariat RH (conseil, analyse, prise de recul Partner,...)
Connaissance en matière de droit social et de droit du travail luxembourgeois ; connaissance du droit de la fonction publique luxembourgeoise
Compétences rédactionnelles, capacité à écrire des compte-rendu et des notes
Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique MS Office et d'un logiciel de gestion RH (SIRH)
Master en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie ou similaire, ou équivalent
Niveau C1 en français et une bonne connaissance de l'anglais
