SOGETI is looking for a talented and experienced **HR Business Partner** to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our human resources initiatives.

The HR Business Partner will be collaborating closely with leadership and employees to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s goals and values. You will act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee relations, talent management, performance improvement to support the overall success of your perimeter and the company as a whole.

**Your challenge**

HR Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives, workforce needs, and growth plans, and develop HR strategies to support them.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in HR processes and policies and propose and implement innovative solutions.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, concerns, and support for people.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top IT talent that aligns with the company's culture and requirements.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth integration into the company.

Performance Management and Development:

- Advise managers on performance management best practices, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Facilitate performance evaluations and career development discussions.

Learning and Development:

- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team with a specific focus on the INFPC report.
- Support employees' professional growth and skill development through various learning opportunities.

HR Metrics and Analytics:

- Analyze HR data, including attrition rates, employee feedback, and key HR metrics, to identify trends and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Compliance and HR Operations:

- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee HR operations, including leave management, benefits administration, and HR documentation.

Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within the IT sector, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills;
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, rapport, and partnerships with employees and leadership;
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data to drive decision-making;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
