**About the role**:
Fantastic opportunity to join a great company - independent service provider, as a legal assistant to support Legal Specialists in delivering corporate secretarial services to clients.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Arranging and coordinating shareholder and board meetings
- Managing filings with the commercial register
- Administering and filing of legal documents
- Communicating with various external parties (e.g. notaries, international law firms, banks)

**Skills**:

- 1+ years of corporate and/or legal experience gained in Luxembourg
- English; French or German is a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and hands-on
- Team player with a positive attitude
