**Description**
- Management of information on the Luxembourg registers;
- Follow-up of administrative tasks related to contracts, mandates and general meetings;
- Drafting and follow-up of necessary powers of attorney;
- Organization and archiving of legal documents;
- Collection and updating of KYC information;
- Compilation of legal files and histories for Luxembourg companies and the Group.
**Profile**
- You have at least 2 years' experience;
- You are meticulous, have excellent organizational skills and are able to work as part of a team;
- You are fluent in English and French;
- You are fluent in English and French; You have a BTS Legal Assistant diploma or a law degree;
- Experience in a law firm is a plus;
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
