Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recrutons un(e) **Assistant(e) Juridique**

Le poste comprend les tâches suivantes:

- Analyse et préparation de documentation légale de base
- Gestion administrative relative à la préparation de contrats, d’accords et de rapports
- Coordination de signatures et vérification des documents collectés (signature, suivi administratif)
- Analyse des dossiers KYC (qualité administrative du dossier, respect des normes réglementaires, etc.) ;
- Contrôle de la présence et la pertinence des pièces documentaires fournies ;
- S'assurer de la mise à jour documentaire (validation, dématérialisation et archivage) ;
- Participer à des projets juridiques ponctuels.

To strengthen our team, we are recruiting a Legal Administrative Assistant.

The position includes the following tasks:

- Analysis and preparation of basic legal documentation
- Administrative management related to the preparation of contracts, agreements, and reports
- Coordination of signatures and verification of collected documents (signature, administrative follow-up)
- Analysis of KYC (Know Your Customer) files (administrative quality of the file, compliance with regulatory standards, etc.);
- Check for the presence and relevance of the provided documentary evidence;
- Ensure the documentary update (validation, digitization, and archiving);
- Participate in occasional legal projects.
