Your responsibilities:
  • Manage customer enquiries via email or phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow-up with your portfolio of customers and offer appropriate recommendations
  • Ensure the publication and the quality of listings within the SLA timeframe
  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer experience
  • Provide support to jobseekers


Your skills and qualifications:

  • First experience in a customer service or other direct customer facing role
  • Fluency in English, French, and German. Luxembourgish is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM systems
  • Ability to work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately and remain flexible
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
