Your responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries via email or phone in a professional and timely manner
- Follow-up with your portfolio of customers and offer appropriate recommendations
- Ensure the publication and the quality of listings within the SLA timeframe
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer experience
- Provide support to jobseekers
Your skills and qualifications:
- First experience in a customer service or other direct customer facing role
- Fluency in English, French, and German. Luxembourgish is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM systems
- Ability to work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately and remain flexible
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
