We are looking for an Archives and Document Management Professional for European client in Luxembourg.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location of work: Luxembourg
Your missions:
- Provide document management support and advice in accordance with the client applicable policies and rules
- Manage support request in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with IT
Your profile:
Qualification:
- University Degree in IT or Information, Archives or Document Management (Master's degree)
Professional experience:
- Electronic archiving, information or document management;
- Using document management systems for records identification, registration, filing, storage, retention, preservation and conservation in electronic format;
- Providing document management support and advice to users;
- Automation projects within electronic document management, testing and audit reports;
- Using archiving and document management standards practices (ISO 15489 or equivalent) and related procedures;
- Using the following standard software tools: SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Adobe;
- Practical experience with OpenText Content Server would be an advantage;
- Practical experience with Smartshare, Notes,, Smart IT would be an advantage;
- Writing and reviewing specifications for various data improvement (integrated data base functionalities);
Linguistic skills:
- Fluent in French or English and a sufficient command of the other to be able to work in both languages interchangeably. Knowledge of any other EU language is welcome
