**Your Responsibilities**|** Legal officer - Regulatory - Finance - Law - Jurist**
- You will **prepare**, **draft**, and **review** legal documentation such as board minutes, resolutions, loan agreements, and other corporate papers.
- You will **collaborate** with the accounting department in order to coordinate and secure the approval of annual accounts.
- You will take care of RCS and RBE **filings** in a timely and precise manner.
- You will ensure that the company’s internal database is always kept **accurate** and up to date.
- You will maintain **direct contact** with clients and build strong, trusted relationships with them.

- You have at least **three years of experience** as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, ideally within a fiduciary, a PFS, or a similar service provider.
- You hold a **degree in law**, which is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- You are fluent in **English**, both spoken and written, and any additional languages such as French, German, or Russian will be considered an asset.
- You have built a **stable career** path that demonstrates your long-term vision and commitment, which aligns with the values of the company.
