We are looking for a Senior Corporate Officer for a fiduciary composed of ten employees. This human-sized and growing structure will allow you to meet each of your colleagues and to learn more from them. Moreover, thanks to your expertise, you will be able to contribute your thoughts and ideas, which will help develop the structure.
This structure offers accounting, tax, compliance and legal services and provides a personalized support to its high level clients. Your clientele will be international and mostly composed of financial companies, consisting of Private Equity Funds, SPF and SOPARFIs.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - PFS - Legal

You will work on a client portfolio composed of SOPARFIs, Private Equity Funds and SPF.

You will be responsible for the coordination and preparation of board meetings.

You will be required to draft, validate and review contractsand corporate documents.

You will coordinate KYC procedures, and participate in the improvement of processes.

You will accompany your client portfolio from the introduction to the liquidation.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer - PFS - Legal

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a PFS or a Financial Service Provider in Luxembourg.

You have a fluent level of English and French. If you have knowledge of German or Russian it will be considered an asset although this is certainly not mandatory.

You already have an exposure to regulated vehicles and are interested in developing your knowledge in compliance.

As you will be able to work with a large autonomy, you have a sense of rigor and you know how to organizeyourself efficiently.

Offer | Senior Corporate Officer - PFS - Legal

Your annual salary can go up to 65,000€ gross per year depending on your experience.

You will receive meal vouchers of 10.80€ and an annual bonus to ensure financial comfort.

In this fiduciary, you will have a direct relationship with your colleagues and with the management, meaning that if you need anything, you will be able to easily communicate with them.

As you will be working in the heart of Luxembourg City, you can easily have access to public transportation. You will also have access to various restaurants near your workplace.
