Responsibilities - Senior Corporate Officer
- Manage a portfolio of Soparfis and fund-related clients, ensuring compliance, providing expert corporate services, and fostering client relationships.
- Maintain accurate corporate records, filings, and documentation in strict adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and execute corporate transactions, including establishment, restructuring, and liquidation of Soparfis and funds.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Prepare, review, and manage legal and corporate documents.
- Conduct due diligence and KYC procedures for client onboarding and ongoing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements - Senior Corporate Officer
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- years of proven experience as a Corporate Officer, specializing in Soparfis and funds.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate and financial regulations, including Soparfis and fund-related laws.
